Jeff Aldridge‘s practice primarily focuses on patent prosecution, where he works with clients on all aspects of domestic and foreign patent prosecution and patent portfolio development in the areas of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and business methods.  He has also performed patent infringement and invalidity evaluations and due diligence investigations with regard to intellectual property.

Throughout his career, Jeff has advised clients ranging from large multinational corporations to small start-ups. In particular, Jeff has assisted in the management and/or development of several large patent portfolios, some containing well over 1,000 U.S. and foreign patent applications. He has also personally written and/or prosecuted well over 500 patent applications in the electrical arts (e.g., satellite radio, battery cells, programmable gate arrays, and biometric sensors), software arts (e.g., art application suites, UIs for communication applications, and sensor control of UIs), mechanical arts (e.g., medical devices, accessories such as earbuds and cables, and input mechanisms such as switches and buttons), business arts (e.g., online auctions, ticketing, and derivative trading), data processing, and artificial intelligence.
